Section 7
Waste Disposal
(1) The time, place and method of waste removal shall be as determined by the local level.
(2) The person, organization or body producing harmful waste or chemical waste shall manage such waste as prescribed.
(3) Harmful waste or chemical waste shall not be disposed of in a decomposition center or a transfer center.
